Cancellation & Returns
- Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch confirmation is sent.
- Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method. For returns under our 15-day money-back policy, refunds are processed to your Svaraa Wallet, or your bank account upon request.
- Orders placed using discounts must be returned in full.

Applicable laws
All transactions and usage of the website are governed by Indian laws, with courts in Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
As per Indian government regulations, PAN details are required for purchases over ₹2 lakhs.
Contests
- Contest winners are chosen at Svaraa Jewels' discretion.
- Prizes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Svaraa GEM (Grow Every Month)
Subscription
- Subscribe with a fixed monthly installment (minimum ₹1000, in ₹1000 multiples). On the 10th month, you’ll receive a bonus equal to one installment.
- Must be an Indian resident and 18+ to subscribe.
- The plan is non-transferable, but in case of the subscriber’s death, the nominee can complete the plan.
- Svaraa Jewels reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at its discretion.
Svaraa Wallet
- Valid for 365 days from the date of credit.
Svaraa Credits
- Valid as per the promotional period, max up to 180 days.
Free Gift
- Considered as a discount.
- If you return an item purchased with a free gift, the gift or its value must be returned.
Other Conditions
- International shipping is not available for certain collections (e.g., licensed merchandise).
- Sign-up credits cannot be used to purchase coins.
Offer Terms & Conditions
- Offers are valid only on select designs.
- Svaraa Jewels may modify terms without notice.
- Disputes will fall under Surat jurisdiction.
