  • Enrolment Date: The date on which the first instalment is successfully paid.
  • Company or Svaraa: Refers to Svaraa Jewels Private Limited.
  • Scheme: Refers to the Svaraa GEM Savings Scheme.
  • Scheme Term: The period ending 270 days from the Enrolment Date.
  • Instalment Term: The period ending 240 days from the Enrolment Date.
  • Cool-Off Period: The 30-day period following the Instalment Term, from Day 241 to Day 270
  • Redemption Window: The 45-day period from Day 271 to Day 315 following the Cool-Off Period, during which the GEM balance can be redeemed.
  • Cancellation by Customer: Occurs if a customer voluntarily exits the scheme during the Instalment Term or Cool-Off Period. In such cases, no bonus or benefit shall be given on cancellation.
  • Cancellation by Company: Occurs if the customer defaults on monthly payments for three consecutive months. In such cases, the GEM plan will be cancelled, and no benefit or bonus will be provided.
  • Customer: Any individual who meets the eligibility criteria, submits the necessary documents, and agrees to the Scheme terms.
