1. Do you ship jewellery across India?

Yes. SVARAA Jewels currently delivers orders only within India. Delivery is subject to courier service availability at your pincode.

2. Is shipping free on SVARAA Jewels orders?

Yes. Standard domestic shipping is completely free on all jewellery orders within India. Shipping charges may apply only for special services or premium delivery options, if offered.

3. What are the delivery timelines for orders?

Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product. Ready to ship jewellery is usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Made to order or handcrafted jewellery may take 15 to 20 business days depending on design complexity and delivery location.

4. How are jewellery orders packaged?

All orders are packed in secure, tamper proof packaging along with premium gift boxes. High value and fragile jewellery is packed with additional protective layers and shipped through insured courier services.

5. Are shipments insured during transit?

Yes. All domestic shipments are fully insured until they reach the delivery address. If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact SVARAA Jewels Customer Care immediately.You may be required to share photographs for insurance claim verification.

6. What are the delivery requirements?

A complete and valid street address is mandatory for delivery. Deliveries to PO Box addresses are not accepted. A responsible adult may be required to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable during delivery, please contact our Customer Care team to coordinate with the courier partner.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Yes. Shipping address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may require the order to be returned to SVARAA Jewels before reshipping.

9. What is the return shipping process?

SVARAA Jewels follows a transparent return and exchange policy as mentioned in the Return Policy section. Eligible returns within India enjoy free return shipping during the specified return period. All returned items must be unused and sent back with original packaging and certifications.

10. Are delivery timelines guaranteed?

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, festive seasons, weather conditions, or public holidays. Insurance coverage applies only until the shipment is successfully delivered and accepted at the delivery address.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, SVRAA Jewels does not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped and delivered only within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery services to international locations in the future.
